Patient Reported Experience Measures (PREMs)
Patients’ views and experience are an essential component in assessing quality of healthcare. Patient reported experience measures play a strategic role in putting patients at the centre of the decision making process. Our role is to advise you as to the best strategy and more crucially the most effective way to interpret the results. This includes:
- evaluating the various touch points of the care pathway
- informing redesign of services
- developing effective communication processes
- understanding patient experiences and responses to treatment programmes.
